D2C & ecommerce

D2C and ecommerce marketing

For brands selling directly through their own store, and alongside marketplaces. We combine creator and UGC content, paid acquisition on Meta and Google, and honest reporting on what each customer is actually worth.

What decides whether a D2C brand grows

Most D2C brands live or die on three numbers: customer acquisition cost, contribution margin per order, and how many customers come back. Platform ROAS is a useful signal but a poor master. It ignores returns, cash-on-delivery failures, discounts, shipping and repeat purchase.

The levers that move those numbers are mostly creative and offer, not targeting tricks:

  • Creative volume and variety. Paid social rewards brands that can test new hooks, faces and formats every week.
  • Social proof. Real people using the product, through UGC, creators and reviews, answers the questions a product page can't.
  • Offer and funnel. Bundles, prepaid incentives, landing pages and checkout friction often matter more than another audience test.
  • Retention. Content, WhatsApp, email and post-purchase experience turn first orders into repeat customers.

The India-specific layer

For Indian D2C brands, COD and return-to-origin (RTO) can wipe out reported profit, marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce apps shape price expectations, and regional-language creative opens Tier 2 and Tier 3 demand. We plan with those realities from day one. See performance marketing in India.

FAQs

D2C marketing questions.

What should a D2C brand measure besides ROAS?

Contribution margin per order, CAC, repeat purchase rate and, in India, COD share and RTO, alongside blended ROAS across channels.

Do you manage Amazon or Flipkart ads?

Our focus is building demand and direct sales through Meta, Google, creators and content. Marketplace advertising is usually best handled by a marketplace specialist, though we coordinate with them.

How much creative does a D2C brand need?

Enough to test new concepts every week at your spend level. UGC and creator content usually make that sustainable.

Do you work with early-stage D2C brands?

Yes, if there is product-market fit and budget to test properly. We’ll be honest if the priority should be product, pricing or retention rather than more ads.
