Healthcare marketing that earns trust

For doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres and health brands. We build visibility through education-led content, doctor-led video and carefully run patient enquiry campaigns, within the rules that govern medical advertising.

Why healthcare marketing is different

Patients don't choose a doctor the way they choose a pair of shoes. They look for competence, safety and someone they can trust, often while worried. Medical advertising is also more tightly regulated than most categories. Marketing that works in retail can be inappropriate, or non-compliant, in healthcare.

That changes the playbook:

  • Education over promotion. Explaining conditions, procedures and when to see a doctor builds trust and fits professional norms better than offers and superlatives.
  • Doctors on camera. Patients want to see and hear the person who'll treat them. Short, clear explainers from the doctor usually outperform branded graphics.
  • Careful claims. Guarantees, "cure" language, misleading before-and-after imagery and unverified testimonials create regulatory and reputational risk.
  • Privacy by default. Patient stories and photos need informed consent, and lead data must be handled with care.
  • Fast, human follow-up. A patient enquiry that waits a day often books elsewhere.

The rules we plan around

In India, medical ethics regulations restrict how individual doctors may advertise and solicit patients, the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act prohibits certain treatment claims, and ASCI's code covers misleading health claims. Ad platforms add their own policies: Meta, for example, doesn't allow ads that imply knowledge of a person's health condition. Other markets have their own equivalents.

FAQs

Healthcare marketing questions.

Can doctors advertise on social media in India?

Doctors can publish educational content, but medical ethics regulations restrict self-promotion and soliciting patients, and some treatment claims are prohibited by law. We focus on education-led content and review claims carefully. Confirm specifics with your own adviser.

Do you use patient testimonials?

Only with documented, informed consent and where the platform and local rules allow. We never fabricate reviews or testimonials.

Can you run Google Ads for clinics?

Yes, within Google’s healthcare policies. Some treatments and products are restricted or need certification, which we check before launching.

How do you handle patient data from enquiry forms?

We collect only what’s needed, with consent, and route enquiries directly to your team or systems. We don’t resell or reuse patient data.

Which healthcare specialties do you work with?

Clinics and practices across specialties, including dental, dermatology, physiotherapy, fertility and multi-specialty clinics, plus health and wellness brands.
